Refund policy
Boldly products are produced in small batches, or on demand. As a result, we do not accept returns.
Exchanges for sizing are on a product-to-product basis and subject to availability. We make no guarantee an exchange may be possible.
Damaged Goods/Shipping Damage
At Boldly, we pride ourselves on our goods. All of our goods are triple checked by our suppliers to make sure they meet our expectations and yours. However, if a damaged or mislabeled item was accidentally let through our quality control, or was damaged in shipment - we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement.
Wrong Sizes
All exchanges due to size should be in new, unworn condition with tags, if applicable.
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. Customers can purchase postage themselves or a label can be provided - the cost deducted from the return value.
Additonal taxes, and shipping are the buyers responsibility.
